| Client Profile:

The client is a privately owned company, established in 1999 as a full-service personnel agency which has been making employment connections within Okanagan area. They offer permanent and temporary recruitment solutions to employers through Western Canada for both full time and part time positions. The head office is located in Kelowna, BC. 

In 2017 the company underwent ownership change. The new owner wanted to modernize the company’s operation, increase revenue and enhance brand awareness in the area. In order to achieve this, the company had to first deal wth multiple challenges such as outdated infrastructure, complacent staff, little to no knowledge of marketing, no sufficient brand awareness and online reputation. There was also very little social media coverage, low visibility in Google search, no effective lead generation, costly and ineffective CRM system and more.

  • Increase revenue from $0.783  to $ 2.1 million for 12 months
  • To increase the number of recruiters to 5 people
  • Replace outdated CRM system with flexible Open Source solution
  • To become the Employment Agency of choice in Okanagan by focusing on Business Excellence on all levels. 

Marketing Program Objectives:

  • Implement effective and reliable Outbound Lead Generation program, which will allow the company substantial growth outside of existing customers business and referrals.
  • Redesign the website to reflect the company goals, expertise and establish a leading position in the area.
  • Implement effective Social Media program. Improve the quality of the content, frequency and increase the number of followers across all social media channels.
  • Increase Google online reputation score and achieve a leading position on 1 st page of Google.
  • Increase the the number of candidates via Social Media marketing both pay per click ads and organically.
  • Implement new CRM system.
